 I thought I would introduce myself on the front page of my website especially to all our partners (advertisers) who have given of their time and money laying the foundations of this website. And of course, this includes Mighty Man Brett, our programmer and all our agents. Now you are probably thinking -what on earth is he doing introducing himself dressed like that? Well it's the same reason I dress like this to feed my family every day, I don’t have the luxury of kicking back and working in my pjs. 

 I’m a carpet layer, and just like you I have my own business profile on this site that is working for me very well. (Paid cash for it too). As a matter of fact, I might have to take it down because it’s producing too much work leaving little time working here. – this is not a joke - see for yourself. For those of you who do not know me, I am married to the most gorgeous woman on the planet – Melanie - to me anyway! I have 2 beautiful children Isaac 15 and Zoe 12. I live in Robina on the Gold Coast. I work full time as a carpet layer with my brother Keith and we sub contact to Carpet Call in Brisbane.

 I have been a tradesperson for most of my life and when you start hitting the mid 50’s and your body is telling you to slow down, then it’s time to start doing some adjusting. The Believers Guide had it’s beginnings over 15 years ago - it’s been a dream that never went away. I had a crack at launching it back then, and fell apart at the first sign of resistance.  Boy - living life is the best teacher isn’t it.

 Last year we began enrolling businesses and sponsoring 2 children.  $90 was being invested on your behalf every month. Today we sponsor 8 children investing nearly $400 every month. Hey that’s not bad for the hand full of partners we have. We haven’t missed a beat. What’s exciting is – what’s going to happen when we start kicking butt. I have set a goal this year to cut back laying Carpet and spend more time in this business - ultimately to help your business. To all our partners you can be very proud of this achievement and I am very confident the best is yet to come.  I want to say thank you for your support – and thank you for investing into the lives of these children. If you get a chance, read some of the letters from the children you are helping to succeed in life.
